Would not recommend this location. Wyndham should be embarrassed to claim this property as it couldn't possibly meet their standards. Our first impression set the tone. We were met with a dirty, unkept exterior and no staff at the front desk. Check-in was done thru a video kiosk in which the agent's voice was muffled making the process difficult to navigate. It only went downhill from there. The exterior hallways were dirty and reeked of cigarette smoke, even with posted "no smoking" signs. It took many attempts to get the key card to open the door. I would have thought possible user error, but witnessed another couple unable to gain access to their room and eventually get moved to another. The disappointment continued once we were able to get our door open. The air in the room was humid and stagnant even with the air conditioner running and set to 70. Walls were dirty and stained. Trim around bathroom door was rusted and fixtures were stained & pitted and did not appear clean. The filthy floor was discovered when we sopped up the large puddle under the leaking ac unit. The TV also did not work. The picture was pink and red with no sound. We eventually managed to change rooms thru another visit to the virtual agent in the lobby. This room was better, but overall this was a 0 out of 5 experience.

Staff was welcoming and friendly. My error not to note that there is no breakfast included in the price. Our room was on the 4th floor and as soon as you got off the elevator is smelled like an institution. When you opened the door to our room it smelled like a nursing home. The bed frames are metal and everyone you turn or get out of bed you hear the bed make noise. Not a problem if there is only one person staying. For the money, I will not be choosing a Candlewood property again.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than usual. They had extras like milk and yogurt, etc. air conditioning was OK a little loud.

Nice room, beds nice but not the best. Good pillows though. Bathroom nice, especially the lighted mirror! No place to hang washcloths or towels after use. Spectrum cable service lacking not because of selection but the guide was very confusing, so much so we gave up on it. Overall very nice property, clean, quiet.
